Have been with Sky for many years now and on the whole have had a very good service. My only complaints; more difficult to get through to an actual person now. However that seems to be the case for most companies. The other being price. It’s not the value for money that it used to be. Overall though no plans to change and happy customer at present. (Although when I’m forced to take sky glass/stream I will probably change).

Called at 8:45 last night as my sky box was broken, by 12 today I had a bran new box and it fixed, can not fault them at all

Well today I did sign for their package, let me see if I get any problems within 14 days.Yes phoned them today to cancel service, this was due to looking at reviews. But the advisor talked to me very nicely, and encouraged me to stay. I must say that it was nice to hear from a good person.

Switching to Sky Glass - Amanda at Sky can not praise her enough for her patience and clear instructions on setting up my sky glass and explanation of what I need to set up other TVs in the household. Great customer service Amanda, you are a gem, a credit to Sky.
