Excellent quality and excellent customer support! I tried other brands of raw pumpkin seeds in the shell when the Sincerely Nuts brand was unavailable and they just weren't as good. After a little mix-up with my order customer support responded promptly and followed through until my order was filled.

as below, ordered 9 items indicated as in stock, e-mail received confirming all 9 shipped, received 6, worth only half the total order. credit card charged same day as e-mail. 2 emails not answered. call with long wait time was non productive.

Got an email to say my package shipped and it became quickly obvious it never shipped. Sent 3 emails, including responding to their we appreciate you email and still never heard anything back. Terrible customer service and liars because it still has not shipped. Wish I saw these reviews sooner!

waited 3 weeks for my order never came in emailed them 3 times with no response. Thank god I payed them thru PayPal and put in a claim. Please don’t buy from them they will rip you off

I placed an order for five items and received four though I was charged for all five items. I received no reply after contacting customer service twice. Buying in bulk in a good deal. Being robbed in bulk is not.
