First, I was looking for a particular size of tire in the Yokohama line. Certain high profile tire companies did not list this tire (Advan Fleva V701, 205/55R15). This was for a car I am refurbishing. Simpletire stocked these and at a discount. Plus with the Simpletire Crew and veteran discounts I got a really good deal.

I order tires online, but the point-of-sale software refused my payment. It took over 35 minutes to speak to a non-AI person. I was transferred to Leah, and she was very professional and patient with recreating the order to force the software they are having challenges with to finalize the order. I expect the rest of this process to be handled just as professionally with the installer.

Shipping was just a little late, BUT customer service was absolutely amazing. Never had such a fast resolution to my problem, and they didn’t try to fight it (when they didn’t really need to help me). They immediately addressed my concern. They didn’t take extra time to check how they were supposed to handle my situation, they already knew. No hesitation. Would be 5 stars if shipping was on time. Should be 4.5!
