SIHOO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a Doro C300 Pro, but the FedEx driver deliverred my package to another place yesterday, I contact Sihoo customer service and Yan helped me track the order, also contact the courier. And I got my chair today, I appreciate their patience and understanding.

Lumbar support on my chair broke and Sihoo CS responded and sent a replacement within 1 email. Can't fault the service and product is good too for the price point.

I received courteous messages from Cine, Daisy and Remi to inform me of date of availability and date of shipment and delivery. I received the chair after 48 hours or ordering. I find the chair comfortable and accommodating. Kind regards, Kalid

Ordered M57 chair from Sihoo to Portugal right before X-Mas. It was a strategic mistake - because Portugal branch of DPD was not able to handle increased demand and the whole experience with them was a complete frustration. What saved the situation - is the professionalism and the willingness to help from Sihoo Support Team. In the end I've got my chair after it was resent second time to me and my back is in comfort now :) Thank you Remi and Cine from Sihoo Support Team for your support and dedication, you make your customers believe that great service is not a fairytale!

I ordered myself an ergonomic office chair with lumbar support through Amazon, and it has been great for my back. I'm 183 cm, and I'd say it's maybe a little short for me ideally, but compared to anything I've had before, it's incredible. The quality as well seems miles apart from chairs I've gotten before at around £60-£100. The mesh is surprisingly strong, has shown no evidence of wear and tear after months, and is much easier to clean (I imagine also much more hygienic). I've had some issues with creaking, which I've attempted to fix myself to no avail. I contacted support through their email rather than Amazon, and they've been superb. They think its an issue with the seat cushion, which is currently out of stock, so they've sent me £30 and will send a new one when available.
