What a joke …

I have been going back and forth with Shop Simon for 3 months over a duplicate designer bag that they claimed they did not send me, but still billed me for it. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau twice after not hearing anything from their customer service online email support line, and phone line. They are absolutely horrible!!! In all of my life I have not ever had to go to the BBB! I am finally getting results after 3 months.
