Shoppers Drug mart – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I reviewed the overnight patches from PanOxyl which I'd recommend to anyone wanting to clear their acne breakouts.

First of all, bad news then good news. The pharmacy team at Lacewood Dr. is terrible. As a matter of fact, after many years of putting up with almost non-existent service, I have moved my prescriptions to a competitor. The SDM team NEVER answers the phone. Good News- I still shop in the storefront. This is because of a lady named Laura Kingston. She is the friendly, smiling face that usually greets me when I enter the store. She is always up and happy and helpful. My wife has been incapacitated for about 4 years and, yet Laura always asks about her. It is employees such as her that make me keep coming back. Please pass my best wishes on to her along with a pat on her back. Frank Fogarty

THE WORKER SHALONE AT MILTON SHOPPERS WAS SO NICE AND SO PATIENT SHE HELPED ME FIND THE MOST PERFECT THINGS EVEN WHEN I WAS PICKY. SHE IS THE PERFECT MOST AMAZING WORKER THERE.

11 February 2025 To Shopper’s Drug Mart: This is to register my gratitude for the latest in a long history of extra-special service my wife (janet Lang) and I have received from everyone who works at the store in Waterloo Town Square, led by owner Navneet Randhawa. We are especially grateful to everyone who works in the Pharmacy Department. Yesterday, it was a matter of some urgency for me to get two prescriptions filled ASAP—scripts that had just been sent in by primary care doc. I recently lost a good deal of my sight in the right eye, due in part, it seems, to high blood pressure. When I arrived at the store, one of the ace pharmacists’ assistants, Ms. Angela Carvell, told me that my blood pressure scripts were in the queue and were scheduled to be available in two days’ time. Angie asked me when I needed the meds. Before I could answer, she smiled and said: “Jim, you look like someone who needs them ASAP.” I confirmed this. She said she would have the meds for me in half an hour! Her response was kind and generous, of course, but not unusual for her. She is always kind and generous. But due to my anxiety about getting started on the new meds, I was extra-grateful. In fact, it briefly crossed my mind—very, VERY briefly—to leap over the counter and give Angie a hug or fist bump or a high five, or all of the above. Fortunately, I squelched the urge, thereby avoiding injury to both of us, and just said “thank you.” Team Navneet has always come through for us in the clutch! Jim Blight Uptown Waterloo

I lost my prescription and became very anxious. The ladies at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Airport and Countryside (Madhuri and Khanchan) took great care to address my anxiety by refilling the prescription and waiving the fees. Eternally grateful for such outstanding customer service. Customer for life!
