Had a great experience. The customer support team were very helpful. The Open fit headphones are one of the best open ear buds you’ll get.

Had an issue with the charging of the open fit air headphones. Submitted a warranty claim and within two weeks i have a new set of headphones. Very impressed with after sale service and how the company backs the quality of their products.

I have owned 5 Shokz headphones, four pairs of OpenRun and one pair of OpenFit headphones. Their bone and air conduction headphones are high quality and back up by a 2-year warranty, which is what is required by law in the EU but that, unlike Shokz, many manufacturers ignore. My first pair of OpenRun, after a year, developed a malfunction with the volume buttons and got replaced by Shokz. I then broke the wire of my second pair accidentally and replaced them. It goes without saying I did not attempt to have them replaced through warranty as good customer service should never be abused. I never had an issue with these two pairs of OpenRun. The ear hook of my OpenFit broke after a year through normal use so I did activate the warranty and also got a replacement through Shokz customer service. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been 100% positive, at least so far. My only complaint about Shokz is their offering: the OpenRun Pro and OpenRun Pro 2 only offer IP55 water protection which I don't find sufficiently good for extensive use in the big outdoors. Their OpenRun have an IP67 but shorter battery runtimes. I really wish they offered an IP67 pair of bone conduction headphones with supreme battery performance: they would be ideal for long-distance hiking, back-packing as well as multi-day ultra running.

After 16 months of use for 6 to 8 hours a day for 6 days a week the microphone on a boom of my OpenComm shokz apparently stopped working. ( Hence 4/5 stars). I sent an email via Amazon’s contact the seller service to the Skokz Official Store and received a reply within 48 hours with detailed instructions of the steps to try to restore the microphone function and one of these steps was to perform a reset. It seems to have worked and my beloved Shokz are back to work. So far I can’t fault the after sales customer care, and I think it’s only fair to add my good experience to this site.

My OpenRun Pro 2 headphones were faulty out of the box but I filled out the warranty registration and got a reply via email within a few days. The instructions I was given didn't work but I explained this to the warranty advisor (or whatever they were called) and was given a return label. When tracking registered that they had received the parcel I emailed to make sure they had got it (and that I would receive a repaired set/replacement soon). I got my new (working) headphones very shortly afterwards. After reading negative reviews on here I was dubious about the warranty but Shokz really did good (with a few prompts!).
