Gaurav was excellent. He truly is a star employee at ShipBob. He went above and beyond. If it were not for him, I would have given onboarding 2 or 3 stars. He provided clear instructions, and he made sure to keep all of the actionable items organized and easy to follow. He helped resolve issues at the warehouse, such as the mishandling of inventories and the mix-up of measurements. He even helped with a big mess that the receiving team caused with our other brand. The other brand wasn't even assigned to the premium onboarding, but Gaurav chose to help us regardless.
