Shengmilo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am living outside Västerås/Sweden (12 km), but with this bike, this is not a problem at all. I can any time visit the town because I am sure that my bike is fast, robust and the battery is enough for 100 km.

Overall good value. Although the customer service response could have been a bit quicker (4 days to respond to an email). In general, happy with the purchase.

it's a great bike and after a year of use I still have great rides and without problem battery. But I have a problem with the hand throttle. With 1st electric gear and 1st mechanical gear on the gearbox and with half pedal the bike starts abruptly at high speed. I can't control it. I tried to find a solution but I couldn't find anything. I want a help from the company what setting I need to do.

Good quality bike for the money, I would have liked more powerful brakes, but to get them would probably need to spend another 500 pounds, but I am very happy with the bike

It was easy to order the bike, even the payment was no problem. The delievery was more quickly than I expected. As I request for an invoice with the frame number, I get one in between two days. So everything was pretty good!
