I ordered a pair of size 6 shoes. They sent size 5. When I contacted customer services they were very helpful and agreed to send the size 6. Although it took awhile to arrive, I am very happy with my shoes and would purchase from Shelia again as I am pleased with the product and the response from customer services.

Order two dresses. They took a few weeks to arrive which I had anticipated. When they arrived I had been sent the wrong sizes! One fitted but the other far too small! I emailed the company and they were extremely helpful and sorted the matter immediately. I got sent a replacement which arrived quicker than the first order. Love the items!! Worth the wait. Would definitely order from Sheila again 🤗
