Ordering from Shapellx was easy. From the easy to use website to the ordering of the items. Once I ordered I was sent a tracking number and was notified when my order was delivered. I'm very pleased with quality of the materials. Very well put together... I didn't measure before I ordered so one item I need to return for a larger size. The return process consists of sending an email, it was replied to timely. I'm very pleased and will order again.
