The associates took their time to help me find the exact gift I wanted. They never made me feel rushed even when I was contemplating and asking for other options.

I bought my wife a new ring for our 10th anniversary. The Shane Company has cleaned and repaired it a half dozen times and has never charged a penny for their outstanding services. They even shipped the ring back to us this time and did not even charge us for that! By the way, we are now celebrating our 39th year of marriage.

I went to get an engagement ring on a Thursday afternoon as I thought it would be less busy, and it turned out I still had to wait for some time. And when I did get helped, they had to switch who was helping me in the middle of my service because the first employee didn't know what I was asking for.

Shane Co has paid to have my reviews removed. Or has had them flagged as a false customer. I'm sorry to say this but.. Advertising your company is a service. If I have to listen to your advertisements I have right to leave a review. This isn't a pick and choose who gets to have right to what. We're both speaking and need to respect each other. You've failed to do so. I'm constantly berated by advertisements on every site I go to from Shane co. and I'm sick and tired of it. I may not have made a purchase with your company. But my time is not worthless. I'm tired of being treated like it is. You'd not be happy if you were harassed for money every single time you went shopping from a panhandler. Same situation different venue.

You guys have played so many ads that I wish to never step foot into this store in the entirety of my life. I'm very serious. You don't need to play an ad a million times for a freaking jewelry store. Excessive ad placements = Less consumers;Animosity towards company. We are in a day and age where you're going to have the opposite effect of what you require. If you overdo it. Which you have in more than excess.
