On reading the other reviews and not much written about it, my only question was, does this work?....& the answer is yes! I've waited a week after sticking to the plan with a goal of losing at least a stone and have lost 6lbs, which I appreciate big losses happen in the first few days then a gradual loss of 1-2lbs per week, but I'm super impressed! I opted for the shakes & bars, the shakes aren't as filling as the bars, which are much bigger than I thought they would be, but all tasty enough, opted for strawberry, white chocolate & caramel shakes & chocolate crispy, lemon & dark chocolate bars (alot of items were out of stock when I ordered so took what was there). I love tea, so super happy that I can have this & do the diet & have replaced the milk in the shakes with water as not much thickness difference between water & semi skimmed milk & used it for my tea. It does curb your appetite, but your energy levels plummet, but I will persevere for the month. My only gripe was that after spending almost £200 for the month's supply, I didn't qualify for a shaker bottle, you only get this if you buy the starter pack, feel this was a poor show being the starter pack costs £32.
