This was the first time I ordered anything like this. I was purchasing to send Christmas dinner to my friend and her family. I sent the personalized holiday ham selection. Before I even placed the order, customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive to my many questions via email. They made the whole process easy and painless. I did not partake in the meal, but my friend said her family really enjoyed it. Everything was packed perfectly, delivered on time, and tasted wonderful. I will definitely use Send A Meal again!!

The meal hasn't been eaten yet but it was delivered in the time frame I was told, and with a blizzard to boot. Very happy with the service, hoping the meal is as good as it looked when I ordered.
