Love these case..have bought one for each of my last 3 updates..waiting for the S20 Ultra.

I had a very pleasant experience with the order and the time frame that I received my purchase. I purchased the Obex Waterproof case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and I'm just having some problems with the sound. It's sounds muffled on the receiving end and the person on the other line is having difficulties hearing me when I try to respond.
