I very had vax, and other good makes but I purchased a sebo felix years ago and I won't use any other brand of hoover. My Felix drives so no pushing yes its heavy but it cleans deep into pile I purchased further attachments a polisher for marble tile floors. It cylinder detaches to make it light for stairs. I believe once you owned one of these you never look back you can buy individual parts including changing cylinder bag to make it look new again . It isn't bagless but they last a long time.

I bought a Sebo Airbelt Pet some years ago and have been delighted with it. Best vacuum I've ever had, and I've recommended it to several people. It eventually died, as expected, and I immediately ordered a new one via Amazon, who had a good deal on an Airbelt E1 Komfort. Unfortunately, the Telescopic tube had a fault, and wouldn't slide in or out. I certainly didn't want to be sending the whole thing back to Amazon just to get the tube fixed, so contacted Sebo directly. I spoke with Babs, who was almost exhausting in her desire to help. Fantastic customer service. She sent out some replacement parts, which didn't fix the problem, so arranged for me to send the whole tube, freepost. I've just received it back, all working fine, and all handled with immense helpfulness and speed, and excellent communication. Sadly, many suppliers go immediately into defence mode when a customer contacts them about a faulty product, and can even be a bit hostile. So unnecessary. This experience was a breath of fresh air. Thanks.

Just had our Sebo X7 pet upright vacuum delivered. It is amazing. So much better than the top rating bagless vacuums we have had in the past. Highly recommend, amazing on getting rid of pet hair. My wife thinks it's wonderful. Thank you Sebo.

Wonderful products, wonderful service! Called Babs at customer service this morning, bank card in hand to buy a replacement for my 25 year old X1. She immediately identified the problem as my not replacing the roller head recently (ever??), and is sending the relevant part. Result is a bill for <10% of what I was expecting. Can’t praise the company highly enough
