I had the repair guys come out once for my microwave and twice in like 9 years for my refrigerator. They came in time, repaired it as promised and were professional, courteous and even went above and beyond to do fixed something that I hadn’t requested. They are the best !!

No compren en línea en sears, me mandaron y un producto incorrecto y más barato, para devolverlo es un proceso super complicado y lo peor es que tardan mucho. pésima tienda, jamás compren ahí.

Julio arrived to fix my garage door. He was Polite, Professional, knowledgeable, Trustful and knew exactly what the Problem was. This is the 3rd Time, I have been serviced by Him, in the last (3) years. This Tech. is so Awesome and I have develop an Appreciation for His Expertise. I would be happy to have him back to do the annual maintenance or repair on the garage door opener or any other work, when needed. His Workmanship is the best in the World! Thank You Sears for having such an Employee!
