School Outfitters – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had an interview with Matt Koons 07/06/2023. During the Interview he requested that I come onsite to do a formal interview. The next morning I received an email from him stating he needed to cancel the interview andhe would get with me early next week to reschedule. After not hearing back on Monday I sent a follow up email and did not receive a response. I sent another email that once again went unanswered. I would avoid this company at all cost!!!

I ordered 4 sets of headphones on 09/03/2022. They promptly processed my payment. Then I waited. And waited. I inquired on 09/14/2022 and was told my new ship date was 09/22/22. That date came and went. I inquired again on 09/29/22 only to get an email this am saying that my 1 (single????) headphone would ship on 10/28/22. I understand that there are covid related delays. I want to know why no one thought to send an email that the order would not be fulfilled for 60 days. If you do not have a product and have no idea when you are getting it back in why is it available on their website? Why did I have to chase after customer service to find this out? I have asked for the order to be refunded. I will be placing the order elsewhere and will never order from them again. Customer service and communications matter.
