Had an issue with the link for tracking my parcel, was sorted in a few minutes by karol,very good customer service

There was a misconnect with with the order delivery address. And they rectified it and corrected it. That is excellent customer service.

the hat is awesome,,it took 2 months to get my hat,,,only after karol stepped in,,she is awesome,,i will buy in future,, just tell people that you guys are selling so much that your 3rd party sender sucks,,

Not a big fan of AI communication, but even that was better than typical. Very helpful representative. Joan made corrections to my errors and got my order straightened out efficiently.

I ordered a couple of the hats and I received the first one in excellent shape (box & hat). The other one arrived a few days later with a mashed box and warped hat. Sent pics and they sent another one with the same results. Contacted them again and they even changed the shipping address to go straight to my son in another state with hopes of it arriving there in better shape-and it did!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!! Thanks SA!!!!
