Sophie replied asking for photos of part & product info . Within 24 hours I received a reply informing me the parts were dispatched & would be delivered by DPD within 2-3 days, they arrived today 6 days after contact at no cost. I lost a part from my stairgate after storing it in the loft. I contacted Safety1st via email, the response was extremely fast, asking for photos of the gate and a description of the missing part. Once I sent these I had an almost immediate reply to say the part had been ordered and would be delivered via DPD. Sophie was extremely helpful and I would definitely purchase from them again.
