Needed their help several times over the years (usually due to me being a twit!). Always receive prompt reply and assistance. Very polite people. The system is great and good value for money. Have recommended to several friends.

Had trouble logging in. Simon weber was great. solved the problem. gave 4 stars because if you have to many open sessions . you can't log in must go into account and delete devices to log back in. would be 5stars if safevpn could fix this.

I got very good help from the Support Team, William Green and Simon Weber. Prompt answers by mail which resolved my problem. I also appreciated the answers to all my questions!
