Royal Doulton – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Royal Doultan Bed Sheets Followed washing instructions, cold wash & line dry. Have washed 3 times and can no longer get the fitted sheet on the mattress. Extremly expensive if I can no longer use them as a set. Paid by cash and can't find receipt so not able to return them. Brought in a store in New Zealand not on line.

Bought Ellen Degenres dinner plates in the sale and then a few days later they reduced them again! I have now sent the same email 3 times querying this and they won’t respond, very frustrating!

This was a very poor buying experience. I purchased a set of neutral espresso cups for a family member as a Christmas gift. They sent her the wrong item (a set of colored teacups) and they arrived broken. She commented that they were poorly packaged. Both her and I tried to contact customer service through email and the website and nobody responded. You cannot call them which is ridiculous. As a result, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Purchased a completed dinner set for my daughter, she has excellent taste , one of the mugs had a cracked handle, quick call to customer services , replacement mug received the next day, excellent customer service will produce life long customers !

Good quality British company that deserves respect for the beauty and quality of its products.
