Rockler – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

First of all I'm not a big fan of rockler...but I will have to say..that I bought the 24 inch clamp that is on sale now and it was when I bought it... well it broke...nothing that I did...but when I called rockler and told them this they send me another clamp to replace it....and honestly I thought they would tell me to take a hike....but to my surprise they sent me a new clamp....it's nice to know that they have integrity to their customers...and I do know the reviews don't say this....don't believe all these reviews....I will buy again from rockler...

I'm a beginner and Rockler has guided me in finding the best tools and materials to get started with my projects.

I visited the store in Houston and I was very happy with everyone at the store, it was very clean and well organized.

placed an order late Friday night and forgot a few items. did not want to pay double shipping so I called early the next day. it was already packed so it could not be edited. Super nice helpful CS rep Terrie could not have been more awesome !! All CS reps should be more like her. It was a pleasure talking with her and the experience would definitely make me order from them again.

Received Dewalt DW735X Planner with the accessory tables included. The hardware bag needed for the installation of the tables was not included. Checked online and this seems to be a problem with other owners also. Contacted Rockler, waiting for response on turn around time. Its very frustrating having to wait for missing parts. It causes production delays in my shop. For this kind of money spent I expected better service. Update. I found the hardware in question thanks to Rockler's communication and quick response.
