Great products however the metal shed we ordered came with damaged packaging therefore our goods were slightly damaged!! No use when in the middle of erecting it.

Nice easy website to navigate and place order. Tracking available from order to delivery. Product not as big as described in review but will do the job for small chickens to be housed. Photo makes it look so much bigger. Did need to coat the wood to protect against weather. Which was not included in instructions. Very nice looking chicken cope. Easy assembly instructions.

Free delivery and £10 less than everywhere else for an air fryer for a house warming present. Boom :)

Ordered a set of reclining chairs which unfortunately were damaged when we received them. Contacted Robert Dyas Customer Services and their personnel were extremely professional and courteous and dealt with our issue straight away. Arranged for collection of the damaged chairs and replacement chairs sent within a week. Important to contact Customer Services within 48 hours of delivery if you have an issue and also take good photographs of any damage noticed.
