Cant imagine this company getting anything but 5 stars....Best customer service and easy return policies without a charge....

Loved the experience, customer support at Bellevue store. Don't know why the negativity, I told them I dont need insoles and they are ok with it.

I recently visited the Marietta store and had the most amazing and best service ever from Brooke! Brooke provided such exceptional service that I had to write a 5 star review on how wonderful she was. She was beyond knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and the nicest sales associate we've experienced. The details she knew about how the shoe would performed with the foot was impressive. Also, she knew what kind of sock to recommend as well. To go further, she also took the time to check our information in the system and as it turned out she found that it needed to be update and we even had points that we used toward our purchase. Thank you Brooke for going above and beyond to provide us and the customer outstanding service. Why we would want to shop anywhere else with an associate like Brooke?

We have always ordered online; however, we decided to go into the store about three weeks ago. First, we were blown away by the number of people shopping in the store, and it was 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. Jolene helped us through our purchase. She was simply amazing, extremely patient, and took the time to suggest many different shoes for my husband and I to try. Jolene's customer service was exemplary. We both purchased what we and she felt was the best for us. We have had the shoes for three weeks and are extremely happy. I myself bought an incredible pair of GEL-Nimbus 25's and my husband Hoka Bondi's. We will never order online again. It was such a great experience.

So I was recommended by my PT and orthopedic surgeon to come to your store for an evaluation. I was immediately greeted by a staff person who did my evaluation and recommended a couple of shoes. I tried them on and walked around the store and picked the Hoka shoes. The shoes are wonderful and my hip and knee pain is very much improved. I also got sone socks and shoe inserts and I’m so happy with everything about your stire. I will be revisiting again. Thank you😃
