I spoke with Manoj today about upgrading my pure as I was one of the first to have the new pure from the outset and was one of the persons who wrote a report of the faults on it including the battery problem with the sun when they first came out many years ago, its has worked well for many year been a customer since 2006 and never looked back. Not only did I get the upgrade but also renewed my 3yrs subscription as the road angle group are very good at the updates plus Manoj has the knowledge and the understanding of how the tech works and about how to fix silly problems that can happen I find the whole team great to speak to well done all

Spoke to Manoj Choudhary today to resolve my Pure subscription issues as for some unknown reason my device wouldn’t update. He explained what he would need to do and talked me through everything. A very knowledgeable guy who knows his stuff he quickly resolved my issue.
