RIU – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We stayed at Riu Palace Cape Verde Boavista. The staff could not do enough for us. So happy and cheery even on rainy days cleanliness was exceptional. The chefs are to be commended the selection and cooking of everything was beautiful. The bar staff were wonderful making cocktails easily which were not on the menu and always ready for a laugh or a joke!! The entertainment team worked their little socks off too putting on a great variety of entertainment so you didn't really see the same show twice. They are a talented bunch. Last and by no means least the waiting and serving staff work so hard to keep tables clean and tend to your every needs and always with a smile and so polite. We had an issue with our room went to reception the next day and we were swapped immediately after being allowed to view the room first no quibble. My husband and I were sad to say our goodbyes the best holiday by far cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough. Thank you for our fabulous experience.

Riu Tikida Beach Agadir - the most wonderful stay at an excellent hotel. Staff are the friendliest of anywhere we have stayed before from the cleaning lady, bar and waiters, reception etc. nothing is too much trouble - Large rooms and the food! Amazing - massive buffet with huge choices for all every single day! We have been here before and wlll come many times again

Bring your babies to the Riu Dubai 🐚 Prior to this vacation Dubai was not a place on our bucket list. The TUI website actually describes it as a ‘city break’ which, with a two & a three year old, is really not our idea of a good time. I had a lot of preconceived ideas about how it would be full of ten bob millionaires & posers but that was not the Dubai we experienced because we chose to stay at the Riu. From the beautiful, white sandy beach that looked out onto uninterrupted turquoise waters for as far as the eye could see to the poolside cocktails enjoyed under the shade of the towering palms - our version of Dubai was giving relaxed island vibes from dawn until dusk. Of course the nights were a little more lively thanks to the relentless energy & hard work of the entertainment team - plus our trip to the Burj Khakifa which was an a b s o l u t e highlight (highly recommend & it was just £12 in a taxi)! Nothing & no one left us wanting at the Riu. Sure the staff can be described on paper as attentive & gracious but it was more than that, deeper than that. What they have & embody are qualities that no amount of training could ever teach. Their desire to help goes beyond an act of service & the kindness we were shown throughout our stay left us overflowing with gratitude for all that they are & all that they give. If you are lucky enough to stay at the Riu Dubai then one thing I can guarantee is that you will leave feeling whole; mind, body & soul. They will pour into you & meet your every need before you even know you need it. To each & every member of the Riu Dubai team - from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We would also like to give a little more gratitude for the kindness of Theer Thiurobin at Scuba Caribe, Rama at the Oasis Bar, Pem at Spices, Nitish & Suresh at the Splash Park & Rose, Abi & Rebecah at Al-Andalus Restaurant for taking extra, e x t r a special care of us throughout our holiday! We appreciated all that you did, please know that your actions never went unnoticed & we will always think of you with grateful hearts.

RIU Ochi was an unforgettable experience. My spouse booked the All-inclusive hotel to celebrate my birthday. The service advertised was exactly what we were expecting. When we got to our room there was an issue with the safe which was resolved in literally 5 minutes after contacting the Front Desk. The food was such a delight compared to other resorts we've visited. The only problem I had was that they don't cater to persons who are Lactose Intolerant. On the night of my birthday, I was presented with a nicely decorated cake, which was unexpected. Each night there were planned activities that had us feeling like we did not want to return home. Overall, our experience was magnificent and I am looking forward to another stay.
