REVOMADIC – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’d love to be able to talk about how great the product is, but I ordered it nearly a month ago. It was originally supposed to ship January 17th. I emailed them last week to inquire about the status. I was informed that the new shipping date was January 27th. Well, here we are and it still hasn’t shipped. Not so much as a refund on shipping cost or anything. 1 star is generous.

Ordered on 01/05and still have not received the order. After multiple reach out to customer service (calls and emails) I finally heard back and they said that it says on their website that orders are back ordered until 1/27 and I asked if I can cancel it as I will be traveling at that time. They told me that since I ordered with a discount code that this sale was final and I can’t cancel it. I am not sure if this was noted anywhere but I didn’t see and was not aware of it . My order has not shipped in 20 days since ordering and they are refusing to cancel it . I called and left a voicemail on 1/17 but no one has called me back. Seems fraudulent to me.Please be aware
