ReStockIt – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I placed an order with Restockit on March 22, 2023. I did not receive an e-mail verification the next day so I got in their online chat and talked to Anna. She was very nice and checked on my order and said it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship. The items all arrived the next day. From order to delivery it only took 3 days and keep in mind, I placed this order during the peak of the Spring Break and this company is based in Florida. I was very impressed by how they got my order delivered so quickly and they were very polite when I contacted them. I will shop with them again.

I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. Please I caution you not to use this company!! Placed an order on 5/4/2021 at 10:39am and Its is 6/01/2021 and I have yet to receive my order. Spoke to them twice and they were rude and unprofessional claiming it was deliverd and signed for. They claimed it was UPS fault. It could have very well be the fault of UPS, but the attitude was certainly unappropriate!! Furthermore, I am still without my product and I was charged. Do not Use this Company!!!

Ordered TP and hand soap around May 6 not expecting to receive either item but hopeful. The delivery date was to be around May 22nd. Doorbell rang on the 11th and sitting there on my steps was two large boxes. Both the TP (96 rolls bulk order) and the hand soap had came ahead of time! The TP box was just a bit torn but it had been package taped with everything in it undamaged. This may not be your experience ordering but I must give due credit and recommendation when it is earned and Restockit has earned it in my opinion!
