Reitmans – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

If I could rate zero, I would. I went to Reitmans in the mayflower mall, Sydney NS. There were 4 staff who did not greet me coming into an empty store. No one explained the sale, they completely ignored me. I tried a couple of items on by helping myself to the change room and decided on a t shirt. I went to the cash and was told( not too politely) that I had to buy 2. When I told the girl they only had one in my size, she just shrugged her shoulders and I left. The whole experience was miserable. It’s also interesting that I could buy that same product online as a single item. Worst service in the entire mall

Customer Service email representative just stopped responding. Told me to go in store and in store told me to email. A week later they sent a follow up email asking how I rate their resolution and if they don't hear from me the case will automatically be closed. They didn't resolve anything! And they didn't respond to that email either... HORRIBLE customer service. I've never experienced such a lack of care from a company before

Awesome service from Kirsten, manager of the Shawnessy location, SAlways buy my clothes, lingerie, p.j.'s, etc. from either she or her staff, i.e Gail, Camille, Glenda. I would like to commend Kirsten, who is not only very professional, she is also personable and was very helpful in assisting me with choosing various tops and color co-ordinates, as well as lingerie. Thanks Kirsten for always making my shopping experience a positive one and will definitely be back soon. Fond regards Cindy

Shopping online is always super easy and never any problems sending back what doesn’t fit. Quality clothes. Love them!

Online shopping experience is good. Products takes 2-25 days to arrive. They are responsive if something gets lost.
