Just wanted to acknowledge the customer service team at reiss and especially Harriet .. had an issue with poor delivery service and Harriet has followed up my complaint and dealt with it in a manner I’m totally satisfied with .. so just wanted to say thank you and appreciate the service you gave to rectify an initial problem ( and a poor review ) so it’s only right to give them a gd review here

I ordered a black coat, but the camel coat became available the next day so I stopped the delivery of the black coat. Customer service was very helpful and payment returned in about a week. The camel coat was delivered to the wrong address. I provided both Reiss and Evri (worst courier in the world) with evidence and Reiss was EXTREMELY helpful and so nice to me! The payment was returned within a few days. The phone customer service is top notch. However, the staff in the stores in Westfield Stratford and Canary Wharf are terrible. They always ignore me and never ask if I need some help. The stores are always empty so it's not like the staff is busy. The shop staff could learn from the phone staff.

Absolutely love Reiss clothing. BUT their petite range is not petite! Trousers always far too long. I’m at the top of the petite height range, so goodness knows if shorter women manage to buy their clothes. Apart from that, top quality stylish clothing.

fast delivery, fast return policy, using dhl express(!), free returns. the clothes are really good looking, especially for women! i recommend their regular line for women above 1m75, they also sometimes run petite versions, ideal for smaller women. again, really good quality clothing line. with beautiful designs. wash with care, as always!
