I am seriously blown away from the vast amount of negative reviews! I was desperate and glad I took a leap of faith even after seeing the bad reviews because I really needed some items that only they carried. Everything came in a reasonable amount of time in perfect conditions. Quality exceeded my expectations and did not have the cheap look like it was from China (part of my initial worry). I saved so much money and time ordering from here for a combo birthday party. I ordered candies, cake stands, toys and decorations to name a few. It was a big order and I’ll be honest I was very nervous before it arrived. I conclude that they have by far the lowest deal compared to Amazon and other well known stores for the same exact items. I don’t know that only people with negative experiences leave reviews and not enough people with good reviews which is the reason for the terrible overall ratings. I personally had a wonderful experience and I will definitely shop here again.
I have ordered several items from Oriental Trading Co and have never been disappointed. It is shipped fast and well packaged and the prices are unbeatable. This website is awesome has a lot of the unique items I am looking for plus they have promo codes and free shipping and beat some of the other sites I was looking at! I had a little issue and CSR offered to refund me for the item and keep it and/or have a certificate, but I just kept item as some of their stuff comes from other suppliers or stores and the issue would come the same so they were very nice and the resolution provided was great. I have been wanting to order from here for years and finally got to do it on my favorited items :p
The products were delivered in a timely fashion and I was satisfied with everything.
