I purchased my Recovapro massager from Westfields and there is no denying that it is a really great product. It developed a fault and as it was still within warranty, Recovapro replaced it. The process with customer service could have been be a little smoother as there is no telephone contact, however, they kept in touch regularly via email, were polite and professional all the way through and picked up my item via Royal Mail from my home address and promptly delivered a new massager within two weeks, so very pleased with the overall outcome and happy to be using my Recovapro massager once again.

I had a knee operation a year ago and a thigh muscle op 10 years ago. I've had problems with the knee and thigh ever since. The muscles are constantly tight and it's painful to walk. TWO 10 Minute goes with my new massager light version the pain has drastically reduced. I never right reviews, but this machine is fantastic. I now want the pro version . Need to start saving. Thank you so much the pains gone.

An excellent product that I felt immediate benefit from one minute into using the massage gun on my problem left shoulder. I now use it before and after training, even just for 5 mins and it really helps. I was also really impressed by the quality of packaging and the overall brand

AVOID! Terrible company, will never use nor recommend again. Took my money knowing full well the product wasn't in stock, sent an email saying it had been shipped using next day delivery when it hadn't - DPD said they were given a shipping number but no item & took days for them to actually respond to numerous emails asking where it was. The phone number is always conveniently busy. When they finally responded on 4th Dec - a week after the order - I was told they were waiting for stock but should arrive in on the 7th Dec. On the 7th Dec, when again the shipping status of the item hadn't changed- contacted again. I was told all remaining stock would be delivered on the 10th Dec. I stated that I would give until then but if not shipped by then I wanted a refund. Nothing sent on the 10th Dec so contacted on the 10th Dec asking for a full refund. I'm still waiting for a response so am contacting the bank to get my money back
