RealRooms – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Placed an order for furniture, saw delivery date was before my move in, I contacted support within 30 minutes of placing order, no response, next day I contact them again Linda tells me I never sent email or else they would've received it. So I sent her a screenshot of sent email showing I emailed within minutes of confirmation. She continues to argue with me basically calling me a liar. After multiple emails going back and forth with this ridiculous so called Customer Service "Manager" she tells me to put the box on hold so it won't be left at the apt I don't have access to. I do that now Fedex won't redeliver my package, I am forced to pick up a package that weighs more than I do! This is one of the most annoying experiences I've ever had with an online purchase. Everyone avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service ever!
