Rawlings – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought a Rawlings Threat baseball bat for my grandson on 8/30/22. In April of 2023 the bat cracked in several places. I contacted Just Bats and they sent me copy of receipt and return label to Rawlings in MN. The bat was sent back on 4/30/23 and received by Rawlings on 5/5/23. I have sent several emails requesting a replacement bat or refund or at least contact me. No reply. I will not purchase from Just Bats or Rawlings again!

I am only giving 1 star as it wont let me give none! Horrible customer service and craftsmanship. Spelt last name wrong and Rawlings blames it on the customer, who's invoice had the correct spelling. There is no way to confirm purchase or to have a Preview of the work on your purchase. They Won't take returns on customized glove, or correct the problem. I will never by anything again from this store. The company is a Joke.

Never ordering anything again from Rawlings . Super unreliable and terrible overall.😡😡😡 Ordered a custom glove almost 1.5 years ago still has not came, source for sports did not give a care either and I ordered it through them. Source for sports is a terrible company for these kind of things. NEVER AGAIN am I ever ordering somethings from rawlings. Or buying something from source for sports. IF I COULD I WOULD RATE BOTH COMPANIES A 0 STAR.

Ordered something from a 3rd party vendor but didn't see it on the Rawlings website. I called their customer service and spoke to someone who took the time to find about a product and let me know that it was still in development. The CSR encouraged me to send an email for further information - so I did. I received a response within a couple of hours! The item I ordered from the 3rd party vendor did exist however, had not been approved for release at this time. I appreciated the communications from both the phone CSR and email representative. I am looking forward to when Rawlings will release this sports performance product.

A very high quality opticians giving excellent care and information. Been going to Rawlings for over 30 years and have no complaints.
