My Photo Puzzle – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have ordered from puzzle you the last couple of Christmas's and i have to say i have had no issues. From ordering to door delivery it took less than a week, which is pretty impressive as these come from Germany. Good communication, emails sent every step of the way. The puzzles feel expensive but are of good quality and i have been delighted with the results. Just make sure your photos are a good quality. They make great presents and the recipients loved them too. I would highly recommend

I ordered a picture of my nephew for my sister's birthday, in the form of a 500 piece jigsaw. It was delivered on time, safely, and is of very high quality. I felt informed and that I could trust the company throughout the process and I very much endorse their product and business--great stuff!

It was my first time to ever buy from this business. The quality of the puzzle I purchased was beautiful and I loved adding the personalised photos as it was a present for my nephew. Unfortunately, when he was putting the puzzle together he noticed a piece missing (it's likely he misplaced the piece) and when I reached out to PuzzleYou to see if they could help they were so quick to respond to me, very polite and extremely helpful and they sent me what I was missing straight away. A wonderful experience and my nephew loves his new puzzle. I will definitely be buying from this company again. Great quality items and great customer service:-)

I usually buy my photo puzzles from Ravensburger. It is still a good puzzle company, but I decided to try puzzleYOU, as Ravensburger puzzle photo pieces were peeling off the backing pieces easily. Also the images were rather blur. With Ravensburger you are unaware if the image is sharp enough for the puzzle unless it is really very blur. The building app on the puzzleYou website tells you immediately if the photo is suitable. With puzzleYou, the puzzle pieces are thicker and the image is sharper. I made a mistake and thought that I had some edge pieces missing, as puzzleYou puzzles for 1000 pieces are slightly smaller than the Ravensburger ones in size. I emailed them and they sent out a new puzzle immediately without quibble. When I realised my mistake and contacted them and they were very gracious about it. Most impressed! Excellent customer service, good quality puzzles. As an avid puzzle fan, I will use them again, and do recommend them. You can shop with confidence.

I have purchased three custom made puzzles from Puzzle You and not once have I been disappointed with their product. I also purchased a picture frames for one of the puzzles, and the glass was broken on receipt via UPS. I sent them a photo of the broken frame, and within 30 minutes, they replied to me and arranged a replacement which I received within a few days. Overall their communication has been spot on, and I do recommend them if you are looking for a personalised gift. Great service!
