Great company and products but removing certain products without explanation is a little frustrating.

I recently reached out to the support team at Puresport after recieving the Freeze roll on in the post and finding it had leaked in the box. Nathan was very attentive and addressed the issue, sending me a new roll on and some complimentary socks too, which arrived 2 days later! Fantastic customer service on his part. Thanks
