I am extremely impressed with the CBD oil from Puregenics. I have been using it every couple of nights since I got it and can quite honestly feel an improvement in my sleep every time I use it. I weightlift at the gym 5-6 times a week and wanted to see if it would help with my DOMS. I definitely have noticed a small difference in my recovery time, but mostly I cannot believe how quickly and deeply I fall asleep when I use it at night. Overall I would definitely recommend.
