Psycho Bunny – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Slimy company, advertised a code on their official Instagram which took off with many of us in a group ordering. They then cancelled all the orders, saying WE committed fraud. refused to expand on it - the discount I believe was too high and they did not expect the response and would be making less of a profit than they wanted. They then went on reddit trying to spread misinformation that it was not the official Instagram and was a spoof account (if so, why would the code work?) and then that it was an employee code never meant to be seen publicly. When discovered the account was PsychoBunny related they quickly deleted it. Garbage Tactics - report them to better business bureau and the FTC

Having written a couple of negative reviews based on my experience which were 100% correct it is correct i write one when things have gone to plan. Items ordered, tracking supplied and item actually delivered (the full order and not part). Probably the best experience of an order since mid 2023. Hopefully it will always be this way now. The only slight negative is the tracking and its updates as at times it can go about 5 days with no update and you begin to fear the worst

I've been to the Vancouver, BC store and most recently to the Honolulu, HI store. In both cases customer service has been excellent. I don't know about mail order as it's too expensive to get it shipped to Hawaii, where I live. Vancouver was my first exposure to the brand and while expensive, due to the exchange rate, pricing was better than in the U.S. Initially I was skeptical of the look, but the clothing (polos, t-shirts, hats) is well made. In Vancouver I got a hat, beanie and t-shirt, with subsequent purchases in 2024 at the Honolulu store, and I am now definitely a fan. Main negative is that you have to line dry the apparel. I wish they would adjust their shipping charges to Hawaii so I can get stuff that is not available in the store.

I dunno what people are talking about... This place is amazing. They are very nice if not a little slow to hit you back.. but they always fix things... I've been gifted a 210$ sweater cause they sent the wrong one and I needed the white and black ver. For a formal to do... They said keep the sweater we sent and the one you ordered is already in the mail were sorry and hope you like your new sweaters. Like that's too level... I don't expect that ever again but they are that nice and the clothing is all too drawer material and the fit and finish or so called build quality is absolutely of the highest level or damn near the embroidery is OP AF. Always. It doesn't distort the sweaters ... It's just a great brand and company all around top notch.
