The Gen2 bottle we bought for our daughter is really good quality, but even more impressive is the customer service. We needed replacements for lost parts and Nicki has been really helpful in getting us what we need 👍

Thank you to ProWorks and especially Nicki for the wonderful service I received this week. Nicki sent me a surprise replacement part after I enquired if I could fix my broken travel mug. It’s the best one I’ve ever had and it was totally user error that snapped a part, after daily use for 2 years! I was so surprised to receive it in the post. Nicki could not have been more helpful and the product I have is such good quality that I will always stick with this brand.

The new lids arrived much quicker than I expected, which was excellent, However my daughter had a new bottle for Christmas and the lids dent just by knocking them in a table top. We love the bottles just not so.sure about the lids, hence getting 2 replacements.
