Southhampton to France, Portugal and Spain. Amazing experience start to finish. Staff cannot do enough for you. Sky princess very clean. Our first ever cruise and will 100% book again with princess.

Following a cruise last year our return flight from Barcelona was cancelled by British Airways at the last minute. Neither BA or Princess could find an alternative so we had to book a flight on the next day with a subsidiary company of BA and incurred the cost of the flight and taxis. BA covered the overnight hotel and some of the taxi fares but would not pay for the alternative flight. After all BA’s inefficiencies which created a very stressful and highly inconvenient time they expected us to pay for their failures. After lots of communication with both companies Princess agreed to cover all our expenses as a good will gesture. Good on them, left BA in a very poor flight.

I have been having trouble trying to negotiate my boarding procedure, for my forth coming cruise with Princess Cruises Bolsover were unable to help me eventually the problem was solved within 5 mins by Amanda a credit to Princess Cruises, any further cruises I take with Princess I will book direct.

Just returned from the Majestic Princess cruise from Auckland to Sydney. The crew were all amazing, attentive and professional; the shows were as good as any West End production and the guest entertainment was enjoyable. Sadly, due to the weather many people struggled to join the cruise but as they did, in various ports of call, they were welcomed aboard. The weather was definitely against us, with planned ports of Bay of Islands and Fjordland cancelled due to rough seas. We had to remember that residents of North New Zealand were in a very difficult situation. The biggest mistake we made when booking the cruise was to select a premium suite cabin...beautiful and spacious though it was...at the front of the ship. I was aware that this could be problematic but didn't expect the Pacific or Tasman Sea to provide such a rollercoaster of a ride. The sound of pounding as the ship rode the waves was very disconcerting and scary for many. If you want a gentler ride, book a cabin mid-ship on a lower deck but not too close to the lifts. I can't fault the way Captain Foster made difficult decisions but kept everyone aware of the whys and wherefores. Good call Captain

We just got back from a cruise on Princess down the CA coast to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. Our whole experience was first class from getting on the ship to the excellent food, entertainment, servers and room stewards. Our servers in the dining room were Ni Komang and the junior waiter was Freceous. They knew what we usually ordered and were thorough at taking our orders. Can't say enough about their friendliness and excellent service. Also, our room steward was Mo and he attended to our every need.
