The Ruby is brilliant. I’ve never been able to use pony extensions with just velcro because they always sag… i know you know what I mean. Lol but the bar that runs through the Ruby is CHEF’S KISS. You can kinda pinch it and it pops up for a high pony and stays! I wore it in different styles daily walking the streets of Vegas and pool parties non-stop for a week and it remained in perfect condition! Will return for more!

I’ve ordered both the Ruby and the Roxy in the color Flamingo and I absolutely love both of them! I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of hair loss due to illness and medications so really loving the appearance of having more hair! For me personally, they don’t feel heavy at all or hurt my head. The quality is great, easy to apply, color is beautiful, and I received them both in a very timely manner! Highly recommend!😊

I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair.
