J'adore PLT mais par contre attention car ça taille assez grand et la qualité est parfois décevante! Par contre c'est sûrement le SAV le plus sympathique et le plus rapide pour agir que j'ai pu voir (j'ai une tenue qui est arrivée déchirer : remboursement immédiat sans renvoi de l'article).

I ordered for the first time from PLT. I live in Romania and the package was delivered in 6 days, nice surprise! I am usually a XS/34 EU size, and after reading some reviews I decided to size up and I ordered a 6 (S/36 EU) and it fits just perfectly on me. I LOVE IT! So if you’re between sizes of course the chances to be disappointed are higher. For me it’s a positive experience and I am going to order again

I live in Switzerland and I'm ordering on plt since 2 years now. The shipping is so fast even though in corona time. Mostly I receive my package within 10 days, that's crazy. It takes time to find the right size for you. But that has nothing to do with PLT, it is always a risk when shopping online. And when I returned items, I always received my money back. I love the clothes and I don't understand all the bad reviews.
