My favorite bag is the Galleria bag.I bought online several bags with cardholders. Delivery was very fast. The bags came from all over Europe. The day after ordering I received them. Jolanda, a sales lady from Amsterdam, helped me a few times with returns and delivery's. My contact with the Client Service Department is great. Their response is fast and helpful.

I phoned customer services to find an item to buy that was out of stock online and within an hour they had found me the item, a sales adviser contacted me from their Bond st store and after paying online they had posted it to me that same day. Incredible customer service experience.

Después de haber comprado unas gafas Prada en Amevista.com y haberlas recibido con 6 defectos de fabricación, decidí comprar las mismas gafas en Prada.com y como no podía ser de otra forma, las gafas de Prada.com me llegaron sin ningun defecto ni marca de uso y además con accesorios que no había recibido antes con Amevista. Desaconsejo totalmente Amevista que al parecer no vende gafas originales y que además se resistían a devolverme el dinero, por lo que al final tuve que abrir disputa en Paypal para recuperarlo. Por otro lado aconsejo Prada.com por su gran servicio. Muy contento con la compra!

Ich trage schon seit Jahrzehnten Prada Schuhe. Die gute Qualität weiß ich sehr zu schätzen, denn ich laufe gern und viel. Ich hoffe, dass sich das Unternehmen diese Besonderheit nicht selbst kaputt macht und die gute Qualität beibehält. Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, weil die Preise schon sehr hoch sind. 🥺 Find euch trotzdem toll! ❤️
