Plantquility – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered $600 worth of plants, boy I wish I had found this website first. They cancelled my order due to lack of stock (they should indicate that at time of checkout) and I still haven't received a refund. I'm extremely concerned because my emails bounce back and the phone number doesn't work. I'll definitely be following up with BBB etc.

I can't tell if this company is legit. I ordered a plant for mothers day, and it hadn't shipped out over a week later. I emailed several times and didn't receive a response. I tried calling their number but it just rings and rings with no answer. Doesn't seem like a real company phone number. I DM'd them on instagram, no response. I then commented on one of their instagram photos, and they finally DM'd me saying they will look into it. No response for a few days, with me messaging for status update. Finally, last night I messaged again saying please refund. They saw the message, and refunded me for my order but never responded to tell me, or clear up what happened. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy!!!!! Better off ordering from somewhere reputable, such as Bloomscape or The Sill. Also, they advertise 20% off your first order for signing up, but they never send the code. So another gimmick.

I ordered three plants from plantquility at the top of December. One was to commemorate my dog who passed the week of my order. Two of the plants arrived very sick, including the commerative one. I took pictures and emailed them. Days went by with no response. I went to their social media and commented on a post. Only then did they respond to my email and asked for a day to look into it. Two days passed. I went to social media once more. This time they claimed I was not telling the truth and their team had been in touch with me. They were, of course, trying to save face on social media. A day later, they responded to my email and gaslit me, saying the plants in the pictures looked fine. I am appalled by this company that has made an already stressful month for me worse. Meanwhile, I ordered 2 plants from Costa Farms last week. One arrived a little damaged yesterday. I emailed them and they responded in an hour and are sending a new plant. Plantquility is all about social media and the sale. They could care less about customers. 191 dollars lost.
