Great service. A little slow but products are good.

I chose this company because it posts albums around the world, so this avoided me having to send the book to myself and then re-dispatch it again. There are many negative reviews here, and it must be quite intimidating, I must admit that I had not see those reviews before I placed the order. Then I started to worry. A technical issue happened with the web site that automatically picked the up an incorrect delivery address but the customer service promptly rectified this issue. Then, I expected that the delivery would be slow just before Xmas, but then again, both international deliveries happened on time. However, there was a 1 euro fee added by a greedy custom in France, but then I cannot blame the company for that. Therefore, in spite of the fears, given that at the time of writing over 50% customers were unhappy, I honestly must say that issues were promptly resolved and the resulting product is good and well printed. The packaging is not very thick and I could see someone else reported this but that did not cause any problems. This company is a business based in Malaysia and is very suitable for international orders that a local company in the UK would have simply not accepted.

Photobook produce good quality products at very reasonable prices, especially if you use the vouchers on offer. If there are any issues the customer services team are brilliant. I recommend them without hesitation.
