I had to deal with the company regarding a bottle that had leaked in its packaging, and the customer service was second to none. A great company to deal with, and I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.

This company went over and above to ensure I recieved a replacement order .when my original one was delivered to a address in London 600 miles away. First class customer service.Highly recommended..you are a human not just a.number Thank you so much

Really great customer service! I have had a bit of an ordeal with this order. I found this company while searching for some supplements for my cats and I placed an order for the digestive bundle and was quite excited to try it out. I was even more excited when it arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately I was then left disappointed as what I received was a couple of football shirts. Not sure how they would help my cats digestion 😂 I then was quite annoyed and went on a rampage to get in contact to see what was going on and if I had been scammed. I received a message from a lovely lady called Melissa who asked to call me to go through it. She was absolutely amazing, reassuring me this wasn’t something that had happened before and offered to refund part of my order and get it all resent to me and also collect the items that were incorrect. I am so happy with how this was dealt with and would like to offer a big apology and admit I was wrong to jump the gun. Thank you so much for sorting, I will update once I receive my correct order!! -update- correct order was received literally 2 days later and I’m really happy with the products!!!
