I bought some dog food last week and order confirmed. Emailed me a few hours later saying out of stock (didnt know that when I ordered???) Say they refunded my money to a CC that hasnt been open for 6 mos. Showed them the debit card I used . Was told nothing could be done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. this company should fail

Hello, is this actually a scam business? They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to email or texts. They DID take money from my account for a product I've yet to receive. Is Better Business Bureau next?

Where is my order? I received an email 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I am order Order SPL14566 How do I talk with Customer Service? My hummingbirds can't eat until this arrives. I feel really badly for them. The old one broke, that's why I ordered a new one. If you can't deliver, I need to cancel my order and find someone else. This is crazy slow. Please communicate with me.

I had almost run out of bird food due to a back order at my local pet shop, so when I searched for it online I found a bag of it at a reasonable price at Petlife. I purchased it, at $64.00 and free shipping. After I did that, I did what I should have done first-check for reviews of that store. When I did, I saw that it got a few terrible reviews. I was really afraid that I had been scammed. But…my bird food arrived today, a week earlier than I had expected it! I am relieved, and very happy with my experience with Petlife.Com.

Fast delivery of bedding, packaged well and shipped with DPD, will use again, can't find bedding elsewhere so this is very helpful
