Petflow – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been a customer with Petflow for quite sometime. I have always had excellent customer service until yesterday, where it appeared that my concerns were not that important and I was looking to cancel my account due to the service response. I could not connect with someone via phone service as they were experiencing technically issues. Today, I had another representative, Brittney, reach out to me and went above and beyond to understand my frustration and made it right, changing my view of the awesome customer that I have always experiencing and keeping my business. Thank you for understanding and the products you carry.

My purchase experience continues to be excellent. Delivery is always prompt. The product I purchase is fresh with a current expiration date. Product price is great and delivery is free.

I had an issue with an auto delivery. They fixed it quickly. This is a good company to deal with. I have been using them a few years now.
