Beware! They don’t allow returns. From their site: We do NOT allow returns on furniture, lighting, mirrors, wallpaper, wall art, Bella Notte, One for Victory, Redford House, Square Feathers, Spicher & Co, Noir, rugs over 8’ x 10’, multiples of 4 or more of the same item

Not the best company to purchase from. Ordered 4 Christmas items mid Nov. Two arrived ~1 week later on time. One was arrived broken (packaged poorly). E-mailed damage info with photos to Paynes Gray. They responded quickly, but indicated up to 2 weeks to resolve; then add another week+ to ship if even still had in stock by them. Way too long to resolve in general plus this was for Xmas items that were selling out. 3rd item shipped additional week later. 4th item never shipped (don't think they ever had it in stock). Entire time their website indicated all items had been delivered in the initial shipment. Luckily was able to find the broken and missing items another site to arrive before Xmas/before sold out. Best to consider elsewhere.

The quality of the items I ordered were poor and not accurately reflected in their online photos. To return them, they wanted me to pay return shipping (fine), PLUS $94 in the "shipping fees" they supposedly paid to ship the items to me. Most of the items were very small so that fee was in no way honest. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage because the items were such poor quality I couldn't give them away. This store is terrible! You can get better products from Chinese stores on Amazon for a small fraction of the cost.

Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered a custom dining table in January. Delivered in April and was damaged. Reported as requested on website, and was promised a response within 2 weeks. No one ever got back to me despite checking back at the 2 week point. Random call from a driver insisting on delivering a new table the next day while we were out of town. Customer service shows this as delivered and I still do not have the table.

Ordered a lamp which came slightly damaged because of the packaging. I wrote the company to notify them that the lighting company had not done a particularly good job , but that we had managed to repair the shade ourselves. We did not want any reimbursement. What we got was a total refund for the lamp and a new shade. Customer service here is outstanding!! I haven’t experienced this kind of service in a very long time.
